Summary: This was our third visit. Good location and close to everything. Trip slightly spoiled as the usual hotel policy had been a free bottle of wine, left in the room for stays lasting four nights or more. Since we stayed for five nights we had thought a bottle might be waiting. When we checked out we queried whether the this was no longer the case. Reception informed us that we should have received a bottle. They then had an extended phone conversation with house keeping. And said as we booked with Expedia- no bottle. I needed to get to the airport and didn't have time to challenge. However we won't be staying here again.

Summary: Comfy beds. Good black out curtains. Room needs a chair by the little glass table. Good number of hangers. Good number of drawers to stow clothing. No obvious luggage rack. Opening a suitcase on the floor is awkward at my age. Opening up on a dresser top is rude and disrespectful. The tv remote is an unfamiliar style and not particularly intuitive so printed instructions would be appreciated. Safe is accessible and instructions are clear. Have stayed here before and will happily return.

Summary: Beautiful place. Central to everything. Cashpoint right outside. Lovely views over the harbour. Pleasant reception area and helpful staff. Spotless room and bathroom. Would definately use again and recommend.

Summary: Pros - good location. Nice facilities. Modern rooms. Plentiful breakfast. Cons - noise, noise, noise. We paid extra for the balcony and marina view. The air con is controlled centrally. We visited in the winter and the room felt so hot and stuffy with the balcony doors closed. The aircon was automatically switched to heating mode and we were unable to switch it to air con mode, we can switch it off but it still felt stuffy. I woke up multiple times a night sweating. This meant we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. This meant noise all night especially at the weekend. There were people talking noises, shouting, buses, cars, trains, planes and general traffic noise. You can hear the cleaning ladies dragging their trolleys and moving furniture around the hotel. The indoor pool is much smaller than expected and the water is cold. The jacuzzi and sauna are also small. There is a €10 per towel rental fee and €5 swimming cap fee (non refundable).
